Meet John Jorgensen SPHR, Illinois State Council of SHRM Conference Director. 

John is a Human Resource professional with twenty plus years experience and an advanced degree. Strengths include coaching/mentoring, relationship skills at all levels and problem solving. His years of experience include helping small to medium sized companies take their HR department to the next level in both strategic and tactical applications. He has also had the priveledge of helping institute cost savings in both benefit and administrative capabilities.

In addition, He is an amazing leader in the HR community in Illinois and nationally, a member of the ISC Board of SHRM, as well as a past president of two local SHRM chapters in the state.
